Windsor Terrace was a boutique development
on High Street in Windsor, just metres away from Chapel Street.
Boasting a stunning heritage façade that was reminiscent of a
classic terrace home, with sleek modern interiors, it was clear
that Windsor Terrace was a development with a lot of contrast.
We strove to capitalise on that notion and develop a brand that
embraced the history of the site while still feeling modern.
The result was Windsor Terrace, a strong, simple brand that
balanced the heritage aspects of the site with contemporary,
industrial elegance. We adopted a slightly less traditional
approach to the marketing, producing an editorial style brochure,
illustrated map and location guide. Everything was geared towards
an affluent, social, young professional audience.
